Return & Refund
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories that you received with the goods need to be included in the return shipment.
For tea and incense, the seals on the boxes/bottles should not be broken.
To make a return, please follow the procedures below:
- Fill in the return form within the package you received and send it together with the product to the address provided in the return form within 14 days from the day you received your order.
- We only accept returns that are sent by registered mail. You need provide us the tracking number after you send the package at this email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for the return. We recommend that you save the original box and packing materials to send the goods back in. If the goods are lost or destroyed during the return, it is your responsibility for lost or damage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time for you to receive your refund depends on your original payment methods:
- If you paid through Paypal, you will receive the refund within two working days after we get the return.
- If you paid by card, the time for you to receive the refund depends on the processing time of the bank that issues your card.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
